BirthdayWish Rules, Regulations & How It Works

1. Eligibility

• Only registered users of Indezaar.in can access BirthdayWish.
• Users must be 13 years or older to create a birthday wish page.
• Each user can create unlimited birthday wish pages for their friends and family.

2. How It Works

• Login with your Indezaar credentials.
• Click “Create Birthday Wish” to start a new page.
• Enter the receiver’s name and age. Your name will be fetched automatically from your profile.
• Upload one image for the birthday wish page.
• Customize any message if required.
• Click “Generate Birthday Wish” to create a shareable page.
• You can share the generated link with your friends and family.

3. Rules & Regulations

• No offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content is allowed.
• Images must be your own or properly licensed. Copyrighted content is prohibited.
• Do not share login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Any misuse or violation may result in account suspension.
• Background music will be fixed and cannot be changed per page.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

• Your data (name, email, uploaded image) is stored securely in our database.
• We will not share your personal information with third parties without consent.
• Birthday wish pages are public only if you share the link.
